Corners of my home (garden)

It's a long time ago I wrote my text in English. Today I want to try it again...

I want to show you some pictures of a little piece of our garden: at the back of our house.

It's really like a playground for the children: a trampoline, a sand pit and a swing, also some trees were they can hide themselves and make some holes.

Sometimes, we want to move out this house to live in the fields, but here, we have a lot of neighbours (and a lot of children), and they love to come and play.

Saturday, there were about seven children playing here...and it's very noisy, but very funny, too...

So here a little impression...

About myself - "PART TOE"

1. Yes, I'm back again with the second part about myself...
   
   I'm still terrible with foreign languages (hihi).
   
2. Since a few weeks, I'm helping in school, three days a week. I really like to do this, but I'm sure that I never want to be a teacher for the rest of my life.
   
3. In september I want to follow a course "psychodrama-therapy". I dream about becoming a very good therapist. But for doing this job, I need a lot of dolls, so I have to make a lot of them: HELP!!! (you still remember that I've told you in PART WAN that I have no patience?)....
   
4. In the weekend, I will make a start of working in the garden. This summer, I want to have our own vegetables, so there is a lot of work to do! But I like working in the garden a lot. I think I have to do it more....it's good for me!
   
5. At this moment I'm trying to do the "anthroposophical" meditation (I don't know the correct word for it). It's soooo hard, but I really want to do it!
   
6. Fons, my husband, is coming inside now, and he says me that I can write that I am a very, very, very, enthusiastic person, for a lot of things. And I think he's right. I want to try everything, and I'm sure that there are so many interesting things in life. I think that I must become 200 years old to have the opportunity to try all the things I want to try.
   
7. I moved a lot, the last few years, so I have a lot of friends over the country (world). I want to visit them all, but that's not always possible...sorry dear friends!
   
8. When I was a little child, I was always ill. But I still had a wonderful childhood.
   
9. We lived on the country, when I was a child, so a played a lot outside. I think it's very important that children can play outside. I wonder how it is for children who lives in the city...without a garden....
   
10. I like beautiful colors, and I think it must be wonderful if you can paint all these beautiful things....
    
    
    POEHA!!! this is really difficult! Maybe, it's harder because I try to do this in English....

About myself - "PART WAN"

I promised Grace to make a list about myself in English: wauw! That's really difficult! So I decided to begin today with 10 items.
Here they come, and enjoy reading them....

1. I' m really terrible in foreign languages!
2. In Mai, it's my birthday. I become 35 years and I love this age. I's nice to have a birthday in Mai. It's really spring and almost every year I can have my birthday-party outside. Last year, we were sitting by the fire outside with some friends to drink a nice glass of wine (until midnight). I hope this is possible this year too!
3. I'm the oldest of three children. I have 1 brother (who is two years younger then me) and 1 sister (almost ten years younger).
4. When I was younger, I really hated school. Now, I like studying a lot. I like reading and I want to know a lot of new things.
5. I really have no patience! And that can be a problem to knitting. The solution for this is knitting small, tiny things.
6. Normally I am working with persons with special needs (on a anthroposophical way). I'm doing this job since I'm 19 years old and I love it! The last 5 months I stay at home to look after the children. But I miss my job!
7. I advise everybody to look at the film "Nanny McPhee". It's a movie for children, but I saw him now for 8 times, I believe.....
8. My favorite book is "Hymnen aan de nacht" from Novalis. It's a poem, and it always make me queried.
9. I'm eating books! A very funny book is "Misschien wisten zij alles" van Toon Telleghen.
10. I never know if I will my hair short (like now) or if I let my hair grow (so, when it's long, I want to have it short, and when it's short, I want to have it long). That's sometimes a big problem!

Pfffffffffff!!!! That's really difficult! I think a lot of persons are laughing with my English, now...

Birthday-snow

Snow in the morning..

Yesterday morning, the first snow is falling...soft and sweet....

The perfect day, because Soetkin has her birthday! Six years old!

She's so big and wise...and I'm so proud of her...my oldest!

She had a birthday party...but...what a pity: a lot of children were ill. So, mama Heidi called some other kids, and they have the time of their life...playing outside, drawing, playing with the dolls, laying by the fire....

I can not publish the nice pictures of them, silly me, because I forgot to ask it the parents (and I think it's important to do that first....)....But one thing is for sure: Soetkin loves it!

Welcome to this world, little gnome!

Yes, Yes, I know that my English is not for the best, but I'm sure that every English-speaking-person will understand me! (hihi).

This is the birthday-gnome of Soetkin! Last year, when it was her 5th birthday, she wanted the yellow one: the sunflower-gnome.

This year she really wants a rose-gnome. I think it's funny to have a red gnome, but he is a real nice little man, don't you think ?
